The manufacturing process of neoprene dive toys may include the following steps.

 

Pattern design: Design the pattern and shape of the dive toy according to the needs and creativity.  Animals, fruits, cartoon characters are popular designs.

 

Material selection: Select high-quality neoprene (SBR) as the main material, which has good water resistance and durability.    Polyester covered on neoprene to ensure toys have colorful appearances.      Each toy inside must be filled up with clean and dry materials.

 

 

Cutting: Cutting the neoprene material according to the designed pattern to obtain the required parts.

 

Printing: Patterns can be printed on each toy, printers can use heat-transfer (digital) printing or silk-screen printing in mass production.

 

 

Sewing: Workers sew the cut parts together using a sewing machine or other sewing methods to form the basic structure of the dive toy.   Before completely finishing the sewing, the materials (sand, polyester fiber, cotton, etc.) should be filled into dive toy covers, sand must be put into  sealed polybags to avoid leaking.

 

Quality inspection: Conduct strict quality inspections on the manufactured dive toys to ensure their quality and safety.  Defective products such as stains / broken parts are not allowed to be delivered.

 

 

Packaging: Dive toys can be packed by a blister card, double clamshells, or color box.  Package the finished dive toys properly for storage and transportation.
